We are elated to announce that the Thurmaston Magpies Thunder Under 11s team have triumphed in the County Cup Final! With an astounding final score of 3-0, the Magpies exhibited an exceptional performance that led them to victory. By half-time, the team had already taken a lead of 2-0, showcasing their determination and skill from the very beginning.
Jinal Sachdev, coach of the Thurmaston Magpies U11s, expressed his sheer pride and excitement: “The boys have shown remarkable talent and teamwork throughout the season, and this win is a testament to their hard work and dedication. Seeing them lift the trophy is immensely gratifying, and they have truly earned this moment of glory.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the community and supporters who came out to cheer on the team. Your unwavering support has motivated these young athletes to perform at their best.
